What is included in the license for the Estomed program?
The Estomed license is indefinite. It includes a one-year service support (with the possibility of extension) and an update package containing new functions and fixes.
How many seats can I install the program on?
Estomed licensing allows you to install one license on one workstation. They want to install the program on the next workstation, you need to buy another license.
What are the hardware requirements?
To use Estomed, you need a computer that meets the following requirements.
Computer acting as a server:
System: Windows® 8 Pro, 10, Win Server, Ubuntu (for dedicated computer only for database)
A computer with an Intel (i5, i7), Intel XEON or AMD processor family
RAM memory (minimum): 8GB (16GB recommended)
240GB SSD hard disk (system), 1TB (other data). Optional RAID disks
Screen resolution min. 1366 × 768.
Office computer (workstation):
System: Windows® 7, 8 Pro, 10
Computer with an Intel processor (i5, i7)
RAM memory (minimum): 4GB (8GB recommended)
320GB hard drive, we recommend 240GB SSD
Screen resolution min. 1366 × 768.
Network:
LAN 100/1000 or WiFi
In the case of the ESTOMED system configuration with the ZnanyLekarz portal / On-line registration, a router with port configuration is required

Can I use the Gold version in the office and the Lite version at the reception?
The program architecture does not allow mixing program versions within one installation. An additional advantage of having identical versions for all workstations is the ability to work at any position, because after logging in, we have the same functions everywhere.
Is the program a standalone or network version?
The program can work on one workstation as well as on many networked workstations. In a network installation, one of the computers acts as a database server and workstation, or a separate computer acts as a server.
Can I transfer data from the currently used program or other electronic form?
Yes of course. We provide free data transfer to Estomed during the first installation. The scope of data transferable is determined individually depending on the technical possibilities.
Do I have to keep documentation in electronic form?
The obligation to keep records in electronic form will enter into force on January 1, 2019, in accordance with the new law on keeping in all health care facilities.
